Greg Bradford
Greg Bradford has worked for a number of years managing intellectual property portfolios and preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the semiconductor and medical technology areas.
Greg began his career with DuPont Displays, Inc., performing research and development on organic light-emitting diode materials. Following his engineering career, Greg was a Patent Administrator and Patent Agent. After law school, Greg contributed to an amicus brief filed before the US Supreme Court in Global-Tech Appliances, Inc., et al. v. SEB, S.A., which involved the inducement standard for indirect patent infringement. In addition, Greg has experience with patent litigation involving computer networking technology.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received two CALI Award distinctions for the highest grade in two intellectual property law courses. Greg is a member of the California State Bar and a Registered Patent Attorney before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
